As a young boy and teenager, I had read and reread and reread again and again this book, each time to refresh my memory and to be dazzled by the wealth of knowledge and pictures in this book. This book really had me wanting to be an astrologist once and it made me very, very knowledgeable amongst my school friends and in science class as I had a plethora of knowledge because of this readily readable book. It shows you facts that you must know, interesting ones as well, without burdening you with those egg-headed formulations and physics of gravity and what not that you might get in a Physics textbook. I learnt more about he universe through this book than any other school text book. Love this book, I gave this copy to my younger brother. And I wouldn't mind passing this down to my son, when I had one. Really Good Read!

From the Dust Returned is a fix up novel by Ray Bradbury. He took several short stories such as "Uncle Einar", "The Homecoming", "The April Witch" and other of the October Country variety and bound them together into a new novel that would have made Charles Addams proud. Like most of his works and like the best poetry, it should be read aloud and enjoyed for the rich, descriptive language Bradbury commands. If a reader enjoyed The October Country or just the short story "Homecoming" or if anyone liked The Addams Family, this will be a good selection. A must for Bradbury fans.
