Well, maybe except for Üzemchins, Khalkha, Zakhchins or other Mongols because they've got that grill $#!+ down, nowumsayin'? They need no help gettin' their eat on. However, those of us who were raised on Campbell's Soup®, Cup O' Noodles®, pasta and other things requiring hot water will most assuredly benefit from the vast and plentiful knowledge contained within this book. Bonus: it's spiral-bound so it lays flat and you can spill things on it with both hands. |
Review # 2 was written on 2018-01-14 00:00:00 Juan Gonzales I read this over and over when I was first starting out and figuring out basic food and kitchen management. Lots of basic practical advice that sounds like stating the obvious but isn't if you've never thought of it before. Plus the author has a great sense of humor. |
