This book changed my life. I had been reading book after book looking for answers to my own spiritual questions, but every book that I read left me with a feeling of disappointment: as if "something" was missing from those books. This book is that "something". Not only does this book give answers and very detailed explanations on many spiritual topics, but it also provides actual practical methods on how to meditate, control emotions, become one with God, and much more. This is one of the best books on spirituality written in this century. I highly recommend it to all spiritual seekers.
