Review # 1 was written on 2020-08-05 00:00:00 Patricia Foote I've started as a new pastor in six congregations and I'm looking forward to one final start as I approach the final years of pastoral ministry. With more than 30 years of experience you would think that I would know how to start well and yet I've learned that I can make the same mistakes and different ones from beginning to end. Therefore, one is never too old to be reminded of what is important in beginning a relationship between the pastor and God's called and gathered people. I've appreciated re-reading this older book for reminders of key elements in this new beginning. |
Review # 2 was written on 2016-02-11 00:00:00 Jean Gerardot This is very good. Especially if you're a christian. I would recommend you to read this during your daily devotions, because you will learn many things about friendships, your relationship with God, family, etc. Which will help you develop yourself more, and grow closer to God. :)) I never grow tired of reading this over, and over again. |
