Review # 1 was written on 2018-06-11 00:00:00 Eric Soucy It almost seems as this author had a crystal ball to see into the future! Written in 1995, this book is even more important when it comes to today's church. Basically, he makes a great argument for getting rid of the "old" church hierarchic system full of rules and red-tape and moving to a "permission-giving" church system that inspires congregants freedom to use their unique gifts to fulfill the church's mission.
