Review # 1 was written on 2007-09-28 00:00:00 Marvin Goldsby Can't say too much yet, except that the book is well written. A meaty book whose logic is easy to follow, but the subject matter itself is difficult.

Review # 2 was written on 2014-04-22 00:00:00 Hiroki Tsujikami Read this as part of our law faculty reading group. We met monthly and Fred Geddicks led discussions. Dworkin provides a liberal's con law theory answer to conservatives' Originalism. I recommend if you have someone like Fred (a Constitutional law expert) to lead you through the book.
