Appropriate grade level(s) 2nd-4th Original 3-line summary This book takes the reader on a journey to 13 different water ecosystems. It captures the interest of the reader because it is hard to imagine that many different water ecosystems. The images and text are detailed and large enough to use in the classroom as a read aloud. Original 3-line review This book had beautiful photos which taught me almost as much as the text. The information was written in a way that kept my interest and wasn't too long or short. I would like to read this book with a child just for fun. 2-3 possible in-class uses During a science unit this could be used to extend children's thoughts. If studying frogs, the pong could be used to show more detail in where they live. While teaching about the water cycle this book could be used to show where all of the water ends up before going back into the sky. This encourages a further understanding of water and where it goes.

This book reveals information about the life that lives in our earth's aquatic ecosystem. Readers can learn about animals and fish that they have never heard about before.
