Review # 1 was written on 2012-09-21 00:00:00 Maryann Witters 7 principles of brand management was a surprise. I am an mba student, currently studying at IIFT, New Delhi. With typical b school competitions, i thought i need to read more and to get a deeper and more solid understanding of branding and brand management. Browsing for books, apart from the popular titles, i came across "7 principles". Some of my friends had already read it, and recommended that i do try it. The book is the quintessential handbook that you may need to understand brand management at the primary level. It takes you from introducing you to the 7 principles at a superficial level and moves towards providing a deep understanding of each principle individually. Every principle, carries with it numerous examples from popular brands from all around the globe to further strengthen the point its trying to make. A mere 100 pages of sheer knowledge, i strongly recommend this book to my peers and fellow b-school students. |
