Review # 1 was written on 2016-01-28 00:00:00 Michael Nawrocki A very interesting book that addresses various topics, such as the myths, the magic wand, the magic mirror, the magic Moon, the different meanings, symbolism, and uses of flowers and vegetables, and, finally, the center of the world. I loved the varied combination of histories, stories, and varied symbolisms in the book, which vary between the past and present and from one culture to the other.

Review # 2 was written on 2015-01-06 00:00:00 Chuck Stran I got this book from a book order as a child and have read it multiple times since then. A good collection of stories about cats based on various sources such as Lewis Carroll, folktales from around the world, Aesop's fables, and rhymes. I really enjoy the illustrations. The stories themselves are very diverse, some are heart warming, others are a bit scary. Most of the human characters are male, which was a downside for me while reading. But the stories themselves are still interesting.
