Review # 1 was written on 2013-07-15 00:00:00 Sandra Griffiths This is a really clear overview of the law and how it was expected to impact schools and local authorities. Quite interesting to read this thirty years after the law was introduced (and fiften after its repeal) to see whether or not its warnings were heeded.
