Review # 1 was written on 2015-01-26 00:00:00 Shawn Finley The book reprises articles written up from presentations in a conference that was held under the book's name. The book title doesn't mention that all the materials are related in one way or another to German culture and literature, but I guess the editors' names allude to this possibility. The articles collected here vary greatly in quality and subject matter. Some articles (such as the one dealing with the translation of Nietzsche) were highly philosophical, while other were rather banal. |

To be able to talk about such an "abstract" and "theorical" topic in such a concrete and tangible way, shows mastery on the subject. As a fellow urban enthusiast i keep feeling her, more and more. |
