Review # 1 was written on 2010-12-06 00:00:00 Kirk Smith Not bad for a textbook. The writing was pretty easy to follow and it wasn't too boring. It was fairly informative.

Review # 2 was written on 2013-06-27 00:00:00 John Junge This book is dense, but it is a good intro to public bureaucracy. While this book is the center of a course I'm involved in, I would recommend it in concert with another book, perhaps one that highlights the actual human experience, personal stories, of working in bureaucracy. Even better the second time!
