Review # 1 was written on 2018-11-08 00:00:00 Anthony Sideli This guide book does an excellent job of describing some of the more popular hikes in Mt. Lassen National Park. My favorite are the Horseshoe/Twin/Rainbow Lakes and Snag Lake (with a side trip to the Cinder Cone and Painted Dunes). These areas are noted for the relatively minor elevation climbs, warm & swimmable lakes, and stunning scenery.
