Katie the main character has had something strange happen to her and she changes into differetn things in each book. In Doggonit Katie's teacher has moved next door. She is scaring all Katie's friends away and making Katie's dog pepper unhappy. Katie needs to find a way to make living next to her teacher more bearable. She turns into her dog and finds a solution to her problem. This book is pretty silly and there is one part that is a little confusing. Other than that it is a pretty easy read. I might add it to my classroom library, because it could appeal to girls and help them become more interested in reading.
