Review # 1 was written on 2014-12-16 00:00:00 Ghjhgj Jhjytuty What I wish this book said: "Aren't difficult customers annoying? Here's what you should do with difficult customers: you should shoot them. Then the difficult customers won't bother you because a) they are afraid of you b)they are dead." This book did not say those things. It did say a lot of things having to do with various personality types and how different people express anger. It was all very thoughtful and not enough angry at all to satisfy my definition of "dealing with", which I was substituting for "serving". It occurs to me that I am probably a very difficult customer myself, and someone is probably reading this book as a result of having served me. Good. I hope it helps them.

Review # 2 was written on 2016-09-25 00:00:00 Cor Enfa This is one of the most interesting and practical books I have ever read. It has miraculously helped me have a much better insight into my country as well as my self. The data provided were very useful and even helped me while making a presentation about the cultural similarities and differences between Iran and South Korea.
