Review # 1 was written on 2018-11-13 00:00:00 Richard E. Sabatine Very good book to improve your communication skills. Lots of overlap if you have read other books on communication and relationships. I think Dale Carnegie's book was much superior. However, if one is bored of rereading "How to win friends and influence people", this book is worth a spin. Rereading books on communication habits is important as they keep reminding you to actually practice what you read.

Review # 2 was written on 2019-03-04 00:00:00 Frederick Quartey this book helps you to improve your communication skills, starting from your relations with your wife and family, to friends and business associates. it also has a very beneficial part at the end of each chapter called "action steps for winning self-direction" which is a brief guide to help the reader to put the chapter's principles and strategies into practise.
