Review # 2 was written on 2017-11-21 00:00:00 Andrea Blume Most cases can be found on Legal databases such Lexis and Westlaw. Thus, I don't think this is a good coursebook. I personally dislike the idea of just posting case facts, notes, questions, but doesn't provide a good answer, which will help shape the internal logic of legal application. Still, I enjoy the course in UW, so I gave it 3 stars. BTW, we didn't cover 100% of the book in the lecture. Yet, probably 50+%. |
