Review # 2 was written on 2016-10-15 00:00:00 Andrew Stevenson A superb and entertaining collection of recipes for smoothies and juices from the makers of the Innocent Smoothie with helpful info on whether you should juice, blend or squeeze your ingredients to while-u-wait workouts, camping ideas, where and it what form to buy your fruit and ingredients that just don't work in a drink (onion juice, really, who would try that!). Full of random tips about everything but smoothies as well as amusing anecdotes and ways of cleaning your juicer/blender with or without a hammer, this is an entertaining book in its own right, the making of tasty smoothies is simply a bonus.
