Review # 1 was written on 2012-11-17 00:00:00 Michael Drinkwine Sr This is my first attempt at poetry and publishing with a collection of poems that began in my early teens and progressed until I was 20 years old. I look back and am embarrassed by this work. I see my juvenile attempt at writing. All I can think when I read this selection is that I have grown so much as a person and as I writer. I am thankful for this work and publication. It serves as a constant reminder that I can achieve my goals and dreams and that I can continue to better myself. I have a profound love of the written word and will continue to weave those words together in my attempt to create something that speaks to me and hopefully speaks to the hearts and minds of others as well.
