Review # 1 was written on 2011-05-08 00:00:00 Steve Antley This is a collection of three unrelated short stories that feature a little girl named Beezy. The stories ramble on, often in a bizarre way, but they are somewhat entertaining and at least they are short. Our youngest liked the last story the best because there is a young girl named Sarafina, which is one of her favorite names. The illustrations are fun and the narrative is simple with a big font. This is a good book for beginning readers as they can read just one story at a time. We borrowed this book because we love the Judy Moody stories, but we like them better. |
Review # 2 was written on 2015-07-15 00:00:00 Marlee Spector This is a cute very short children's chapter book as it is broken up into sections. I personally love this story because it shows a girl playing a "boy" sport and as a girl that played softball all her life, this is one that I would love to read with my students. |
