Review # 1 was written on 2020-04-11 00:00:00 Patrick Wilson This reminds me so much of the Pixar film "La Luna". The artwork is spare but striking with color contrasts and severe brushstrokes. The moon is appropriately bright and Swiss-cheesey. The devil is foiled, and good perseveres. All the bells and whistles that a true folktale should have are present here. Such a treat!

Review # 2 was written on 2021-02-03 00:00:00 Tim Libra Love this tale. My one disappointment is Carl naming the character the devil which is not part of Estonian mythology. I saw other translations that more accurately name him as a trickster.
