Review # 1 was written on 2012-08-26 00:00:00 Sean Nelson This books has some really great insight on development in sustainability that goes beyond the western approach. However it is soooo dense and so theoretical, it's a really hard read. A lot of the information felt like it was only trying to prove a point in being complex and 'academic' rather than getting to the point. No wonder it took me four years to read this book. However, it does have some really really valuable insights for people with an interest in sustainable development and conservation, if one is willing to push through.
