Review # 1 was written on 2013-03-11 00:00:00 Mitchell Conahan YES! Yes they should!! But then that gets into a whole mess of what the licensing requirements should be and who approves them and who decides what makes a good parent... And how do you keep people from having children without licenses... It ends up being scary either way. This book was a great collection of essays from several viewpoints on the topic and gave me a lot of profound over-the-(TV-)dinner-(tray-)table conversations with my husband.

Review # 2 was written on 2017-03-05 00:00:00 Yode Majere I have recently been looking for information and books with regard to abused men. This book is much needed and was the best I have found (only found 3) The media has to stop looking away when men are abused. Abuse in not gender specific, and in a way, as a mom, it more horrifying when its directed at a man, when that man is your son.
