Review # 1 was written on 2018-06-08 00:00:00 Yiu Lam This was a particularly difficult book to comprehend, but we're talking law so I suppose that's to be expected. My main complaint is that following the progress of each court case became confusing because, as some of the rulings were overturned, it was difficult to understand where the current ruling stood.

Review # 2 was written on 2021-02-13 00:00:00 Widodo Sugiarto A very lengthy mandatory read for a Media Ethics & Law course. Sure it isn't the most entertaining book I've read, but it's loaded with landmark Supreme Court cases. This book is a must read fro anyone pursuing a career in communications
