Review # 1 was written on 2014-05-20 00:00:00 Kelly Adrian The book itself didn't seem to get to the point. The other possibility is that I just didn't get it. The author introduces many interesting ideas and provides resources for more reading on the various topics. I've gotten three new books as a result. I'm glad I spent the time with it.

Review # 2 was written on 2018-03-13 00:00:00 Jennifer Morgan Easy to read, easy to understand. A nice addition to my Philosophy section of my bookcase. I have read this a number of times, it is a quick read and a nice reminder to practice positive change in your life on a daily basis.
