Review # 1 was written on 2019-01-28 00:00:00 Hector Rivas Not bad for a textbook. Very clearly structured and covered all basics of operation. Benefited a lot from the capacity management and lean operation parts. One problem I found is the author repeated some points in different parts of the book and that caused distraction and confusion to me.
