It was much more easier to grasp than the very droll Library and Information Center Management (5th ed.) by Stuart that I read in grad school. *yawn*

Review # 2 was written on 2014-04-04 00:00:00 James Hamilton Written in a straightforward and easy style. Plenty of practical advice for forging good relationships with library staff and constituents. This is a good one to purchase for one's personal reference library.
