Review # 2 was written on 2020-01-01 00:00:00 Matthew Odom I wanted to answer to "why catcher in the rye" after I was done with it and didn't feel impressed at the seeming purposelessness of the protagonist. Sought critical commentary for the last three literary novels I read, which has been a pleasant experience. In fact this should now be standard practice for every literary novel I read and for which such commentaries exist. The catcher now makes a whole lot better sense now. On to Prof Bloom. |
