Review # 1 was written on 2020-09-03 00:00:00 Tom Burke This book collects various folk beliefs in one place. There's no judgment or instruction about these beliefs, symbolism, charms, etc.; you just read about them, use them how you like, and become informed. The book assumes you already have context for how to use (and avoid misusing) these ideas. Not bad for a reference book, and Telesco as an author generally has a great balance of accessibility and old-school roots. |
Review # 2 was written on 2010-09-28 00:00:00 Jason Bourne I kind of read this in bits now and then. Well-written book about folk magick and related subjects. |
