This book was a somewhat complex read as there was a lot to the story. This was not my most favorite book because of the way it was told but I think that it would be a good book for those interested in comics and biographies. I chose this book because I thought it would be a book that could be used within the curriculum and a comic that would be interesting for students to read while also learning valid information. I think that this book could be used for older students but I'm not sure this book would work in younger elementary school. This book had good illustrations and good facts about Amelia Earhart. I would recommend this book to any upper leveled reader who was interested in learning more about Amelia Earhart.

Always a daredevil, Amelia Earhart, learned to be a pilot at a time in America when women were not expected to be aviators. She accomplished many great 'firsts', making her a legend. Her mysterious disappearance during an around the world flight is the piece of history that most remember.
