Review # 1 was written on 2019-09-17 00:00:00 Saul Abrams This is a complilation of small business ideas. Each is covered by the same subtitles: job description, the need, the challenges, know the territory, how to get started, up-front expenses, how much to charge, and legal and insurance issues. Many of these topics say the same for each job: to advertise put flyers on community bulletin boards, or charge an hourly rate plus your materials costs--to me it just stated the obvious. It was like the authors wouldn't commit to dare give you any real dollar sign income figures. So if you want specifics on income potential, this is not the book to use. |
Review # 2 was written on 2015-06-07 00:00:00 Jeremy Damstra This resourceful book contains information on many home-based businesses that you can start inexpensively from home. Each business is broken down with: Description of job; The need for said business; Challenges; Territory of said business; How to get started; Up-front expenses; How much to charge for services rendered; Legal and insurance issues. Many resources from government agencies are available as references in the appendix. |
