I appreciated that the examples used were not all from Fortune 500 companies--examples such as scalpers selling tickets to special exhibitions at the Philadelphia Museum of Art or the decision to open a chicken processing business by Boston area Hmong immigrants really helped to illustrate that strategic business decisions affect business at every level. |
