Review # 1 was written on 2017-02-13 00:00:00 Michael Demarco It was an interesting read because this philosiphy was used at Think Bank with the old CEO, so it was interesting to see the ideas behind it and what the new CEO decided to keep or change. It is both conceptual and practical explaining how their consulting process works.

Review # 2 was written on 2010-02-20 00:00:00 Allisha Tison This book is a collection of papers on the subject of modern management theory. I read only the interstices -- the intros to each section which summarized the papers -- not the papers themselves. It just did not hold my interest.
