Review # 1 was written on 2016-05-26 00:00:00 Kenneth Calleros Great book with very good insights. I liked the 90 seconds summaries at the end of every chapter, that has helped me to get to the key points and actually note them. There are quite a few good points. The best one for me was the realization that I am 100% responsible for my own communication. It's not somebody else not understanding me, it's about the way I communicate. And that can be the substance, the form, etc. Speaking the Language of the Brain as the author puts it helps a lot with getting the emotion right over, next to the rational part of the message.

Existem vários "exercícios" para conseguir aprender as regras de convencer alguém: como olhar alguém nos olhos, como estar sempre sorrindo, como contar uma história que capture a atenção das pessoas.... cada ponto tem um exercício. Além disso, no final de cada capítulo, existe um resumo do que foi falado no livro -- embora a forma como esse resumo apareça não tenha nenhum indicativo que é o resumo e não apenas mais um tópico do capítulo.
