This is one of those text-books that is so comprehensive that it can be a little overwhelming. Having said that, the mammoth amount of information is presented in a very usable way, which is what I'm looking for in any text. Personally I love the wide margins (good for scribbling notes) and the consistent use of revision boxes and related commentaries that convey the content in an organised manner. Of course, the actual content is always debateable, but I'm sure it's quite standard for a Psychology text to have a bias opinion of medical practice and pathology. All in all, if you're studying the subject, this is a good resource to have on hand. Simple as that.
