Review # 1 was written on 2017-12-11 00:00:00 Ciara Moore Much of what you'd expect you could use Bisquick for - a variety of pancakes, waffles and egg bakes, a slew of sweet and savory pastries, and several biscuit/crumble-top casseroles and breadings. Along the surprises, I'd include savory mini corn cakes, sausage-stuffed mushrooms, potato patties (easy latkes, anyone?!) and BBQ mini meat loaves. Every recipe includes a picture of the finished dish. It's a good cook book for beginning cooks - but it feels a bit outdated and it's hard to compare when you can go directly to www.bettycrocker.com and get all these Bisquick recipes plus SO MANY more.
