Review # 1 was written on 2012-10-16 00:00:00 Joseph Binger This is a great brief overview of Canadian torts. An added bonus is that this is a fairly easy to read law book that makes what could be a very complicated part of the law understandable. This book breaks down the three elements of a tort and then goes through the various types of torts, offers examples, and explains various defenses to the torts. Overall, this is a great little "nutshell" book.
