Review # 2 was written on 2015-02-26 00:00:00 Gregory Shrader Yes, there is a theme to the Hiaasen books and if you've read one, you will be able to draw parallels to them all. Luckily, some of the things they have in common are that they are deliciously bitingly satiric, often crazily funny and surely greatly entertaining! The third appearance of Skink is no exception and the 'hero' in this one, the complex Augustine (who juggles real skulls as relaxation/meditation) is a great complement to the ex-governor.
