Review # 1 was written on 2012-04-22 00:00:00 William Valyo I skimmed, more like, than read this book. It was written 13 years ago and women are still struggling with the work-life balance and search for a fulfilling job. It's supposed to be inspirational, but more than anything, it was kind of depressing to read because there still really isn't an answer other than search inside yourself, make family a priority, exit the rat race, turn your hobby into a money maker, etc. As if women can't be happy as executives. As if there are any jobs out there that don't expect you to work overtime. As if I didn't need more money so I could buy a convertible AND save enough for retirement because social security won't be around in the future. Wow. I didn't mean to write such a depressing review. But I feel better now. I think it's time for a trashy romance novel.

Review # 2 was written on 2016-11-14 00:00:00 Uwe Lachner It puts you in the picture. That said, the book is indeed rather outdated and the stuff that could be regarded, on the other hand, as everlasting principles is fairly commonsensical. So it's far from being an eye- opener, but what I know for a fact is that you don't lose squat giving it a read.
