Review # 1 was written on 2009-09-25 00:00:00 Alice Vender I didn't think this book was written very well until I did more research in the area. This is just the way organizational communication research is written. This is a pretty good overview. There are some interesting ideas, but in the end it's still a textbook.

Review # 2 was written on 2017-10-06 00:00:00 Qwe Asd I made it. I finished! First it's hard to follow, but once you get into it, it's fine. Full with jargons, but comparing with other authors (Karl Weick for example) it's a walk in the park!
