Review # 1 was written on 2010-01-08 00:00:00 Michael Hester A seminal book in deepening my understanding and application of the theory of small group leadership and development, with practical examples of group facilitation and developmental intervention. A classic in its field, constantly updated and used in schools in many countries. I learned so much from this book, about my work in organiszation development, group facilitation and critique, and management development. A fine manual for working with teams and small groups of any kind.

Review # 2 was written on 2017-11-12 00:00:00 Boun PhommachanhWolpov I read this book for a Group Processes class that I have in the fall. This book does a good job of giving a general overview of the history and current theories of group processes. The author does an excellent job of defining terms and organizing the information so that it is relatively easy to digest. I feel pretty prepared for class now. :)
