Review # 1 was written on 2016-01-05 00:00:00 Surinder Rakhra Very difficult book to read. especially for me. It is too academic and boring. But the book is good for someone who wants an overview of curriculum theories. I haven't finished the book because I kept falling asleep. I will try again. This book needs to be read twice to understand.

Review # 2 was written on 2015-08-17 00:00:00 Colin Bell I read this book for a foundations course I will be teaching. It offers a terrific synthesis of research, theory and application... While it is "textbookish" it is user friendly!
