This book is as entertaining as it is enlightening and full of valuable information on cloning, it's development and how it has been covered in the media.

This book read as three small books in one. It was interesting at times, but didn't feel like a "real" memoir whatsoever. The author went into a bunch of different segues which were sometimes completely relevant and other times weren't. Although he does go into some deeply emotional and personal experiences such as dealing with the trauma of his wife dying of cancer, I found myself wishing that he would have delved deeper into his life, his personality, his politics, his career. Maybe his being a doctor made him feel like he couldn't or shouldn't talk more personally about his life, but this book is supposed to be his memoir. I wish he had written at least another hundred pages. He certainly would have hooked me more.
