Review # 1 was written on 2018-07-02 00:00:00 Stanley Walker It is a well-written book but a little over my head as I am new to learning about leadership. I had to reread and refer to Google a couple of times, but that is because I am taking a class on Leadership in Social Change and I am not as familiar with the theories and other terminology. With that said, I feel that if I reread this book after I take a couple of different classes, I would understand the language a little more.

Review # 2 was written on 2013-06-29 00:00:00 Dean McIlvaine Really good, quick read on how to think about board involvement. It doesn't purport to provide a magic bullet to solve all problems, but provides a great framework for thinking (and working) through whatever issues you have. Well worth the read!
