Spot's Birthday Party is a story about how spot played hide and seek as one of his game with his friends.Spot became the seeker and had to find where all of his friends were hiding. Towards the end of the story they got together and celebrated spot's birthday. . I love the way Eric Hill, the author engages with the young reader/listeners.They way he positions his words is just epic. He uses bright colors for the illustrations to capture the children's imaginations. The coolest thing about the book was the lift the flap moment on each illustrated page. Each one of spot's friends were either hiding below or above an item. When i was kid i found this super mesmerizing. Though there are many different types of media to engage children to read a book.I will still prefer the old school method, hehe👏😅 Highly recommended to all children!
