Review # 1 was written on 2018-02-04 00:00:00 William Cardenas Generally a good read with much wisdom. I felt that some of the descriptions of the Chela's learning were a little unlikely even given the miraculous way spiritual teachers can cause disciples to learn. But let's face it it's what makes you unable to put the book down! I was also a bit disappointed at the final chapters which suggested that Haley alone solved the confrontation between good and evil. I'm sure the author is aware of the role played in reality by Dion Fortune and her team in the occult war with the Nazis so the ending smacked a bit like Superwoman which detracted from the true reality of how the balance of Ying/Yang is kept Still a great read
