Review # 1 was written on 2013-07-21 00:00:00 Ebgenii Cylimob Good overview text of Latin American history from independence to the modern era. Great introduction to the region and written with a positive view of Latin America vs typical books written from a European or North American viewpoint.

Review # 2 was written on 2013-05-30 00:00:00 John Adamson Boring at times, but way more interesting when read in conjunction with taking a history of Latin America class. More story telling rather than simply listing facts.
