Review # 2 was written on 2017-09-04 00:00:00 Brian Mcoy The book is a little bit old, some of research result has to be updated ( like how effective is job evaluation by subordinates, effectiveness of different leadership styles), still it provides a good introduction to what IO psychology is about. It also provides some practical advices on how to conduct recruitment, staff retention and adopting appropriate management style.
