Review # 1 was written on 2013-01-05 00:00:00 Mikhail Zhilenkov Quite a number of bizarre things happen in this memoir, which is that of the wife of a multinational wildlife biologist. I did not find it quite as funny as the back cover promised, but I really liked the cute colours!! ♥ It might be worth tracking down Adventure with Eagles. That is not available right now at my library. I'd have to order it. The reason I did not find it quite that strange, though, is that in comparison, I have had some rather peculiar happenings occur to me. The reason I got this book out from the library was that I have been on "a bird kick" as of late. The inside cover describes how the memoirist's husband proposed to her while counting birds' nests - meanwhile, last time I counted I was about 5000 words into my story. So if I wanted to get Adventure with Eagles it'd be just $5 for a paperback. I think that the library has that in its budget and could pay me back, most likely.

Review # 2 was written on 2017-08-15 00:00:00 Christopher Bakken Interesting to note the changes and developments in animal and habitat conservation in the 40 years since this book was first published. Eagles and bears are not shot for their alleged salmon poaching nor are killer whales netted and sold.
