Review # 1 was written on 2014-02-19 00:00:00 Greg Risch It is very comprehensive and has thousands of examples, many of whose mechanisms my friends and I worked out on our own so that we'd gain confidence in the process. Also, we followed the procedure given in this book for the synthesis of Z-Jasmone, Juvabione etc But essentially, this is advanced and we mainly used it as a reference book.

Review # 2 was written on 2017-02-19 00:00:00 Michael Knight As a science major, I used chemistry on a daily basis. This book is exactly what it states it is: advanced. Definitely not a beginner's best friend, but it does give a challenge to the rest of us.
